Resilient Leadership Workshops x 2

Resilience is tested in challenging times and regardless of whether it's weather events, bushfires or Covid-19, the heart of our resilience is how we respond. Our brain's capacity to hijack us and fill us with cortisol (the stress hormone) usually worsens the situation but is very common.

Understanding and being able to control your emotional responses is recognised as the foundation to plan, survive and thrive.

Outcomes from these two workshops include:

  • Understand and grow your leadership style
  • Learn from various self-assessment surveys about your Leadership Mindsets, Personal Resilience Traits and the resilience of the community in which you work and live
  • Undertake the global leading Hogan EQ Assessment which evaluates your Emotional Intelligence, a critical element in being a resilient person and leader and reflect on your ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Learn tools to analyse team situations, engagement, motivation, understand styles of social communication, problematic personalities and create a positive workplace culture
  • Build your capacity to grow and flourish

This phase will include 2 x 1:1 coaching sessions for each participant.
